Dr. Karsh has served as the Physician Advisor to North Broward Chapter of the American Diabetes Association, the Chairman of Diabetes Management Committee for the Pompano Beach Medical Center and Broward County Medical Association Speakers Bureau.

He has been on staff at North Broward Medical Center since 1977 and has served as the Chief of the Department of Medicine.

Publications include “Secondary Aldosteronism in Acute Intermittent Porphyria” in the Southern Medical Journal.
